THE BIGGER PICTURE

More care at home.
More life beyond it.

Rebu removes the travel and coordination burden around eligible injection visits. We connect treatment, follow-up, and care teams—giving people more room for relationships, routines, work, and everyday life.

01

Fewer hospital stays.

In a study of people with schizophrenia receiving LAIs, home-based care was associated with fewer psychiatric rehospitalizations than clinic-based care.1

02

Less work for care teams.

We coordinate the home visit, return authorized updates, and follow up before the next dose. Your team stays focused on clinical care.

03

More room for life.

Care comes to the patient. Less travel and fewer logistical demands leave more time for the people, routines, and plans that matter.

Is Rebu really free?

There is no Rebu service fee for patients, prescribers, or pharmacies for coordination and eligible at-home administration through participating programs. Medication, copays, and other healthcare costs may still apply. Our team confirms eligibility and the services included before a visit.

What is a long-acting injectable?

A long-acting injectable, or LAI, is a prescription medication given by injection that releases medicine over time. The medication and dosing schedule are chosen by your treating clinician. Rebu coordinates eligible administration visits.

When should I contact Rebu?

For a home visit, your clinician must first prescribe the medication and your pharmacy must dispense and deliver it. Once you have the medication, Rebu can review the next step. You can also contact our team now with general questions about the upcoming program.

Do I keep my prescriber and pharmacy?

Yes. Your prescriber continues to guide your treatment and ongoing clinical care. Your pharmacy remains responsible for dispensing and delivery. Rebu coordinates the eligible at-home administration step and authorized follow-up updates.

Where is the program available?

We’re preparing to launch in New York. Availability will depend on your location, medication, prescription details, clinician availability, and program eligibility. Contact the LAI team to learn more.

Who will come to my home?

Rebu coordinates an appropriately qualified clinician based on your prescribed medication, visit requirements, and location. Appointment and clinician details are shared before the visit.
