Insurance & Pricing
In-network care.
Made simple.
We’re in-network with several major insurance plans in New York. Connect with Rebu for launch updates. We’ll confirm insurance eligibility before care begins.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We are in-network with several major insurance plans in New York. For plans we are not in-network with, visits are paid out-of-pocket and we provide a superbill for potential reimbursement.
Who will I see for my appointments?
You’ll meet with a licensed psychiatric provider on our care team through secure telehealth. Your care is supported by a thoughtful clinical process designed to ensure clear recommendations, personalized treatment planning, and ongoing follow-up.
How long is the first visit?
Initial psychiatric evaluations are scheduled for 45 minutes, giving you time to discuss your concerns, health history, and goals for care with your clinician.
Can I contact Rebu between appointments?
Yes. You can send Rebu a message 24/7 about nonurgent medication concerns, rescheduling, cancellations, and general questions. Our team follows up with next steps so you stay connected between visits.
What kind of practice is this?
Rebu is a physician-led telehealth psychiatry service for children, teens, and adults across New York. Care includes comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, and ongoing support.
Who do you treat?
We provide psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults. We evaluate and treat a broad range of psychiatric conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, autism-related concerns, and more.
Can you prescribe medication?
When clinically appropriate, yes. Medication recommendations are always preceded by a thorough diagnostic evaluation. The goal is never to prescribe reflexively, but to ensure any medication is part of a thoughtful, individualized treatment strategy.
How do I know if my insurance is accepted?
Connect with Rebu to get started. We’ll guide you through sharing your insurance information and confirm your eligibility before your first visit. If Rebu is out of network with your plan, you may choose self-pay and request a superbill for possible reimbursement.
How are follow-up appointments structured?
Follow-up visits are scheduled regularly to review symptoms, adjust medications as needed, and ensure continuity of care. The frequency is tailored to each patient's clinical needs and treatment stage.
Does Rebu help with prior authorizations and pharmacy updates?
Yes. We help coordinate prior authorizations and follow up on insurance decisions when approval is required. We also coordinate with your pharmacy and share confirmation updates so you know what’s happening with your prescription. Coverage decisions are made by your insurance plan.
What should I do if I’m having an emergency?
Rebu does not provide emergency care. If you or someone you know is in crisis, call 911 or the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988.
